Minimum level of Internet marketing is to upload property information to a MLS database. The information will be automatically distributed to many consumer real estate websites within a few days.
What I do is much more.
- Each listing, no matter what the price point, will have a website with its own dedicated property-specific web address, such as www. 123mainstreet.com.
- Professional photography is imperative for digital marketing. Photographs draw people in or turn them away.
- Pictures, property information and the web address will be posted on social media, blogs, and websites.
- You listing on Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com will be manually edited and enhanced. It will attract more views through paid programs.
